'Legacy,' A Documentary on Black Exelence in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Legacy is a short video documentary created by a group of passionate students from Arkansas State University. This project is dedicated to exploring the rich and complex history of black excellency in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and shedding light on the inspiring contributions made by this vibrant community.
 

Through a series of interviews with local community members, including Roger McKinny and LaGanzle Kale, as well as a deep dive into historical local events, Legacy provides a fascinating and deeply moving glimpse into the struggles, triumphs, and ongoing legacy of black excellence in Jonesboro.
